Reservation Terms

By reserving a vehicle for rental, the tenant agrees to the rental terms and undertakes to pay the specified amount and advance payment for the services provided.

Mėlynasautobusiukas.lt undertakes to provide the tenant with a technically sound, washed, clean-interior, undamaged minibus matching the description and reservation terms for the specified rental period. Together with the vehicle, the driver receives: the vehicle registration certificate or user certificate, the state technical inspection certificate, and the mandatory motor third party liability insurance policy.

Rental fee and deposit:

• The tenant pays the Lessor the specified rental amount and deposit (deposit EUR 400) when reserving the vehicle for rental.
• Upon returning the vehicle undamaged, in good condition, with a full fuel tank, washed, with a clean interior, and upon returning the vehicle documents and ignition keys — i.e., when the tenant returns the vehicle in the same condition and configuration as it was received — the deposit is refunded within five business days.
• If the tenant is late returning the Vehicle to the Lessor, the tenant undertakes to pay a rental fee for the delay period, the amount of which is specified in clause 5.7 of the agreement, for each day of delay. If the Vehicle is returned with a partially filled fuel tank, EUR 2.2 per missing liter of fuel is deducted from the deposit.
• If the Lessor fails to deliver the Vehicle to the Tenant on time, the Lessor undertakes to pay the Tenant a late fee of 0.02% of the total rental fee for each day of delay.
• Vehicle pickup and return location — in Vilnius and Kaunas. There is an option to deliver the Vehicle to Vilnius and Kaunas airports. Delivery fee is EUR 50.
• The rental day is calculated from 12:00 PM to 12:00 PM the next day.
• The vehicle is handed over from 12:00 PM, unless otherwise agreed. An evening pickup is possible — additional fee of EUR 20.

Mileage restrictions:

• 1-7 days — 500 km per day (calculated as the total number of kilometers driven over the entire rental period); exceeding the limit is charged at EUR 0.15 per km.
• 8-14 days — 450 km per day.
• 15 or more days — 400 km per day.

Vehicle maintenance during the rental period:

• During the rental period, the driver must check the vehicle's oil, brake fluid, coolant levels, and tire pressure daily.
• The tenant pays a EUR 35 cleaning fee for vehicle cleaning, or it is deducted from the paid deposit. If chemical cleaning is needed, the tenant pays a EUR 80 cleaning fee, or it is deducted from the paid deposit.
• Return the Vehicle to the Lessor on time with a full fuel (diesel) tank, in the same condition and configuration as it was handed over, taking into account normal wear and tear, as well as return the Vehicle keys, alarm remote control, and all accessories received with the Vehicle.
• In case of a traffic accident, fire, any other vehicle damage, or vehicle theft, immediately notify the police and other relevant authorities, the Lessor, and the insurance company as soon as possible, and take measures to prevent further damage to the Vehicle, secure the scene, and record the details of witnesses and participants.

Rental vehicle insurance:

• PP Rental undertakes that for the specified rental period, the vehicle will be covered by Compulsory Motor Third Party Liability Insurance (MTPL). A copy of the MTPL insurance policy is provided to the tenant for the vehicle rental period.
• The tenant is familiarized with the rules of the valid comprehensive vehicle insurance (KASKO) covering the vehicle and is informed that in the event of a traffic incident (due to the tenant's fault), the established deductible is EUR 300 (Three hundred).

Additional fees:

• Traffic violation administration fee — EUR 20.00 (The client must comply with the traffic rules approved in Lithuania. In case of a traffic violation, we receive an inquiry from the Police and provide all information about the person who used the rented vehicle during the specified period). The violation administration fee applies to the administration of each traffic incident or parking violation.
• Vehicle damage administration fee EUR 20.
• If the tenant receives a fine in Lithuania or abroad for traffic violations during the vehicle rental agreement period, the fines are paid by the tenant within 10 days of receiving the fine payment notification, as the traffic violator.

Before renting a vehicle, the client must present the following valid documents: passport or identity card and a driver's license.

We allow persons who are at least 21 years old, who present a valid driver's license, and who have at least 3 years of driving experience to drive the rented vehicle.

Only the person who filled out the vehicle reservation form has the right to drive the vehicle under this agreement. If the tenant is a legal entity, the authorized vehicle operator is the person authorized by the tenant (only when the tenant is connected to the authorized person through an employment relationship). Without prior written consent of the Lessor, the tenant has no right to sublease the vehicle to third parties, use the vehicle for races or competitions, use it as a training vehicle, or transfer it for any other third-party use.

Rental Cancellation and Refund Policy

The client has the right to cancel the reservation at any time before the vehicle handover. Upon cancellation, the rental fee paid is refunded to the client. The deposit paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation - it serves as a reservation guarantee fee ensuring the availability of the vehicle for the agreed period.

Upon completion of the rental period and the client returning the vehicle in good condition, undamaged, with a full fuel tank and all documents and keys, the deposit amount is refunded within 5 (five) business days to the same account from which the payment was made. If any vehicle damage or other expenses outlined in the agreement are identified during the rental period, the corresponding amount may be deducted from the deposit, and the remaining balance is returned to the client.

Refunds are processed using the same payment method as the original payment.
